Return shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.
Refund process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item, and whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 15 business days and paid to your bank account, JazzCash or Easypaisa account. Please share the account details when we confirm your return.
