Morning: Cleanser on damp skin, rinse. Pat in the Toner. Press in a few drops of Snail Serum. Finish with your own sunscreen.
Evening: Cleanser, then Toner, then Snail Serum. On 1 to 2 evenings a week (Sets 2 and 3), use the Exfoliator after the Cleanser: leave it on for 1 to 3 minutes, rinse off, then Toner and Snail Serum.
Hair oil (Set 3): apply enough to cover the scalp, massage in, and wash out after 30 to 60 minutes. Never overnight. 2 to 3 times a week, or daily if needed.
