Cancellation Policy.

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched. To cancel, contact us via Email, WhatsApp, Instagram with your order number as soon as possible.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: If you change your mind after your order has shipped, you may decline the parcel at the time of delivery and you will not be charged, as no payment is collected until delivery. However, we ask that you cancel in advance whenever possible, as repeated or last-minute refusals may affect eligibility for COD on future orders.

Prepaid orders: Orders paid in advance can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund to your original payment method. Once a prepaid order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may return it in accordance with our Return/Refund Policy once it arrives.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, incomplete or unverifiable delivery details, or suspected fraud. Where a prepaid payment has been made, you will receive a full refund.
