Apply at least 15-30 mins before taking a shower. Massage into scalp. Then wash. Use 2-3 times a week for best results.
Refund & return policy
Thirty days, no argument. Use the oil the way it is meant to be used. If your hair fall has not moved, message us on WhatsApp or email info@veiluxe.com within 30 days of delivery and we will start the return the same day.
Send the bottle back and we refund 100% of what you paid for the product, whether the bottle is half empty or barely opened. Return courier is at your cost. Once it reaches us your refund is processed within 15 working days.

How soon will I see something?
Most people notice less shedding at 3 to 6 weeks and new growth at 8 to 12. Hair grows slowly; anyone promising a week is selling you something else.
What if it doesn’t work for me?

Do I pay before delivery?

Will it make my hair greasy?
It is a pre-wash treatment, not a leave-in. Six to ten drops on the scalp, massage, leave at least 30 minutes, then wash as normal.
Is the batana oil real?
Undiluted and unrefined, which is why it is dark, thick and nutty rather than clear and odourless. Diluted batana is the most common shortcut in this category.
